The Michigan holiday lighting market is bigger than any single company can serve well, and rather than turn away calls or stretch crews thin, we're bringing on licensed partner operators in select Michigan markets. The goal is simple. Quality stays high, customers get a great experience, and the brand keeps its reputation in every city we serve.
The ideal partner already has some kind of seasonal or service business going. Landscapers and lawn care companies are a natural fit because the holiday season picks up right when their main season winds down. Painters, gutter installers, handymen, and other home service operators with reliable crews work well too. You don't need to come in with experience hanging Christmas lights specifically. The training covers that. What we need from you is operational experience, a small team you can lead, and the equipment basics: trucks, ladders, and the willingness to work in cold weather for two months a year.
