15% Senior & Disability Discount

Who Qualifies

The 15% discount applies to two groups of customers. The first is anyone age 65 and over. The second is anyone with a disability that makes ladder work or strenuous outdoor activity unsafe. That includes mobility issues, balance problems, vision problems, and conditions that would make working on a ladder a serious risk.

If you're in either group, you get 15% off the total install price. The discount applies whether you're booking install only, install and removal, or the full install plus removal plus storage package.

Why We Offer It

Two reasons. First, ladder injuries are real and they're worse than people think. The CDC tracks somewhere around 500,000 ladder-related injuries every year in the U.S., and a big chunk happen during holiday lights season. People over 65 are at higher risk because balance gets harder and bones get more fragile. We've seen too many neighbors end up in urgent care because they tried to do it themselves.

Second, holiday lights aren't a luxury. For a lot of people, they're a tradition that goes back decades. Skipping the lights because you can't safely climb a ladder anymore isn't an acceptable answer. The discount is how we say you shouldn't have to give up your Christmas display because you got older.

How to Claim the Discount

Easy. When you reach out for a quote, just mention that you qualify for the senior or disability discount. We'll apply it to your quote. No paperwork, no doctor's note, no proof required. We take you at your word.

You can mention it on the phone, in the contact form notes section, or when our designer comes out for the consultation. The discount shows up as a clearly labeled line item on your quote.

What's Included at the Discounted Rate

Everything we'd normally include. Custom design, commercial-grade LED, installation, mid-season service if a strand goes out, removal in January, and storage if you choose that add-on. The only thing changing is the number on the bottom of the quote.
